SHIPPING

Our chosen delivery partners are Royal Mail and DPD.

• Orders under 7kg will ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service.

• Orders over 7kg will be shipped via DPD Next Day.

All customers receive tracking details once goods have been collected by the carrier, with real-time tracking available. Please allow additional delivery time during peak periods including Ramadan, Black Friday Weekend, Cyber Monday, and December 5th–28th.

We aim to have all orders available for pick-up or third-party shipping within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. Orders received after 2:00pm will be picked, packed, and made available for pick-up or third-party shipping on the following business day (“Next Day Handling”).

Please check all order details carefully before submitting. Fitness Systems United is not responsible for lost or stolen products due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or where the customer is unavailable to accept the delivery.
