The Sculpt Pack contains 5 core Pilates essentials; Flowloop Luxe in light resistance, Silicone 500g wearable weights in coconut, Pilates ring, grippy socks and 22cm Pilates ball, all beautifully packaged in Brianna's limited edition, generously sized tote.

The use of a Pilates ring is crucial in supporting muscle activation & is a staple for building balance, strength and control. Stabilising muscles and improves overall body awareness and alignment.
